Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your tools. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Physical Products

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. For hygiene reasons, body-contact tools such as spike domes and fascia balls must be unopened to qualify.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can’t be “returned,” all ebooks and digital guides are final sale and non-refundable once access has been provided.

Bundles

Many of our kits include a digital guide. If you return the physical items from a bundle, your refund will be the bundle price minus the listed value of the digital guide, and you keep the guide. Each bundle’s guide value is shown on its product page.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at info@thegroundstateco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email info@thegroundstateco.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
